Your trust is importance to us. We would therefore like to inform you about the type, scope and purpose of collecting and using personal data that we can collect due to your visiting our website. Data protection is also a great concern for us within the company. Our staff who process personal data are trained accordingly and are obliged to keep date confidential, Section 5 Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Data collection and storing

When visiting a website, data (such as browser type and version, the operating system used, the referrer URL, the IP address, the data and time of access, content which was accessed and the information transferred during the connection), will be sent and logged to maintain system security and for statistical purposes. This is not personal data so that it is not possible for us to assign the data recorded to a specific person. The data recorded and saved is regularly deleted after the statistical analysis after four weeks (log files) or after one week (IP address).

Personal data such as name, address, telephone number or email address is collected by us only when and only to the extent that you provide it for us with your knowledge, for example, during registration or if it is necessary to perform the contract. You always have the right to revoke a consent that you have granted.

We only use your personal data for advertising purposes or market research if you have expressly given us your consent to do this.

If a contractual relationship is to be established between us, modified or the content thereof drafted, we will collect and use your personal data if this is necessary for these purposes.

Basically your data is not passed on to third parties unless it is necessary to transact business dealings. The data to be passed on is restricted to the necessary minimum. Tracking users

The website uses Google Analytics, a Google Inc. (”Google”) web analysis service. Google analytics uses so-called cookies, text files that are saved on your computer and analyse the way you use the website. Information on the use of this website created by the cookie (including your IP address) is sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website in order to compile reports about website activities for the website operator and to provide further services associated with website use and Internet use. Google may also send this information to a third party if this is prescribed by law or if the third party processes this data on Google’s behalf. Under no circumstances will Google combine your IP address with other Google data. You can prevent the installation of cookies by changing the settings in your browser software. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website completely. By using this website you confirm that you agree to the processing of the data collected about you by Google in the way described above and for the previously stated purpose.

Your IP address is also anonymised by us and can therefore no longer be tracked. The last byte of your IP address is removed by modifications to the Google analytics code. Thus use profiles cannot be created and added to other data and shortening the IP address does not permit conclusions on your name or your address.

If in principle you do not want your data to be recorded by Google analytics, you have the option to download an appropriate opt out browser add-on from http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Right to information

You can request information about the data stored about you, the purpose for saving it and its origin and if it has been forwarded at any time. In addition, pursuant to statutory provisions, there is the right to correct, block or delete personal data. Please send an appropriate request in writing to our address below.
