The new plant in Leipzig/Halle is one of the most important elements in the DHL network: it forms one of the 3 intercontinental hubs alongside Hong Kong and Wilmington (Ohio, USA). Shipments arrive at the hub from the whole world, from where they are then forwarded via air or road to their destinations.
