A team to drive your career
We operate across Europe and specialize in intralogistics. In addition to baggage handling, distribution centers and parcel sortation, we control systems in many other industries – moving goods for customers such as Amazon, DHL, Kaufland or Berlin Airport. From hardware integration, control design, electrical engineering and installation to panel building, software development and commissioning through to service and maintenance: everything from a single source.
What counts for us: technology with team spirit. You start with trust from day one, take on responsibility quickly and can rely on a team of around 200 colleagues from over 28 nations who share knowledge at eye level – without micromanagement. International projects provide variety; flat structures provide room to shape things. Together we get things moving.

Your benefits – on a roll
Not yet in Ettlingen/Baden‑Württemberg?
We’ll help you settle in – whatever your life situation – and find a solution together. If you relocate to Ettlingen we contribute to moving costs. If you’re not yet fluent in German or English, you can attend language courses free of charge. We also provide a childcare subsidy – because it’s important to us that your family feels at home, too.
How to apply:
We review your documents and usually get back to you within a few days. The first interview takes place via video or on site – together with HR and the department. We talk about your background, expectations and how we work.
In the second interview we discuss tasks, projects and framework (e.g., travel, sites). If possible, we’ll show you the workplace and you’ll meet the team.
We reply quickly. If it’s a match, we clarify start date and details. Your onboarding starts with a clear plan and buddy.
