Start an apprenticeship that fits!
We develop and install the control technology that forms the brain of automated systems – for baggage handling, distribution or parcel sorting. We operate across Europe for customers such as Amazon, Berlin Airport or DHL.
At Sit you start hands‑on: from day one you’re part of the team, step by step taking on responsibility and real tasks. We support you based on your strengths and interests – and together find the area that suits you.
You’ll find a friendly, familiar environment and a first‑name culture with open, respectful communication. Even during training you can count on interactions at eye level – flat hierarchies provide room for constructive exchange and co‑creation.
Choose your path at Sit
In every apprenticeship you’ll find a supportive environment: you’ll be introduced to tasks step by step and take on more responsibility as training progresses. You get to know your own department and related areas (through rotations, short projects etc.) to understand the big picture.
