At Sit you start hands‑on

At Sit you start hands‑on: from day one you’re part of the team, step by step taking on responsibility and real tasks. We support you based on your strengths and interests – and together find the area that suits you.

You’ll find a friendly, familiar environment and a first‑name culture with open, respectful communication. Even during training you can count on interactions at eye level – flat hierarchies provide room for constructive exchange and co‑creation.

Choose your path at Sit

In every apprenticeship you’ll find a supportive environment: you’ll be introduced to tasks step by step and take on more responsibility as training progresses. You get to know your own department and related areas (through rotations, short projects etc.) to understand the big picture.

Our trainers are experienced and take time for you – whether it’s customer communication, wiring a control cabinet, setting up IT infrastructure or organizing our warehouse.
