Why did you decide to do an apprenticeship at Sit SteuerungsTechnik?
I chose to do an apprenticeship at Sit because I liked the tasks on offer and that was exactly what I wanted to do.
What do you like most about your apprenticeship at Sit?
I particularly like the fact that I can do a lot of things independently.
How would you describe the working environment at Sit?
There is a good working atmosphere and strong team dynamics. Everyone works flexibly with each other.
What distinguishes your training at Sit from what you hear or see at other companies?
I experience better working hours here; you are treated as a person and not like a number.
What opportunities do you have at Sit to develop yourself further and learn new things?
Right from the start, I was able to learn something and familiarize myself with new processes. That motivated me and showed me that I can develop here.
Was there a moment when you realized that Sit was the right place for you to train?
Yes – right at the beginning, when I realized that I could learn something and was also involved in the processes.
How would you explain to a friend why training at Sit would be a good decision?
Flexible working hours, a good atmosphere, and helpful colleagues—that's what makes Sit a very good choice for me.
What particular advantages or benefits do you enjoy at Sit?
I particularly like the flexitime model.
